Did You Know?
The fascination with war and battles is not a new one.
Way back in the 1820s, guided tours were taking place across the famous battlefield at Waterloo.
The tours were led by a former British infantry sergeant who had fought in the battle, then stayed behind to marry a local girl!

Mike Stokes wanted to return and find the spot his Grandfather was taken prisoner, this time his daughter Amber joined him; but her search was for the World War One poets. 
Military Working dog, Treo, has recently been awarded the 'Animal Victoria Cross' and I had the great pleasure of being there on the day, to meet him and his owner.
